Spring Run Townhomes is located at 965 E Murray Holladay Rd, Millcreek, UT 84117. Our luxury community is centrally positioned in Salt Lake County near Holladay, Murray, and Cottonwood West. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
What floor plans and layout sizes are available?
We offer premium multi-level 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom townhomes featuring 2.5 bathrooms. Our 2-bedroom floor plans feature approximately 1,486 square feet of living space, while our spacious 3-bedroom townhome layouts span 1,658 square feet. Every layout includes an open floor plan, high ceilings, large windows, and a charming private front porch.
What mandatory monthly utilities and fees are required?
Beyond monthly base rent, residents are responsible for a fixed bundle of recurring property fees. This includes $125 per month for Water, Sewer, and Trash services; $99 per month for High-Speed Internet; $30 per month for Common Area Maintenance (CAM); a $30 monthly Property Tax fee; an $11 monthly Utility Billing fee; and a $27 Resident Benefits Package (RBP). Electricity and gas are billed separately based on your personal usage.
What are the standard upfront move-in costs and deposits?
Moving into Spring Run requires standard administrative fees and conditional property deposits. These include a non-refundable $50 application screening fee per adult applicant, a non-refundable $275 lease initiation fee, and a non-refundable $350 cleaning fee. There is a standard $750 refundable security deposit, though this final amount may vary depending on individual application screening results.
Is parking included and what kind of garage is available?
Yes, private parking is included with every home. Each multi-level townhome features its own spacious attached two-car garage, providing secure, private vehicle parking alongside ample extra room for household storage.
Are appliances like a washer and dryer included?
Yes, a full-size in-unit washer and dryer set is included standard with every townhome. All luxury kitchens are also fully equipped with premium stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, built-in microwave, dishwasher, range/oven, freezer, and garbage disposal set against solid granite countertops.
What is the community pet policy and limit?
Spring Run Townhomes is an animal-friendly community permitting a maximum of 2 pets per home. An initial pet fee and monthly pet rent apply per animal. Standard domestic cats and dogs are welcome, though typical property management breed restrictions apply. Legally verified service animals and emotional support animals are exempt from standard restrictions.
What is the property smoking policy?
The entire property maintains a strict 100% smoke-free and tobacco-free policy. Smoking, vaping, and electronic cigarettes are completely prohibited inside all individual townhomes, on private front porches or patios, and throughout all shared outdoor community spaces.
